THE PERSONALITY
Rarely, if ever, does Daniel Cassells take anything seriously. He is opinionated and loud, not caring about who he offends or how. Despite this, he is very affectionate, and loves deeply. He has a difficult time dealing with deep emotions though, and by default turns to light-hearted jests. Danny is the ultimate prankster, often dragging his best friend Ben, into the the shenanigans. He is a bit self serving and will occasionally keep secrets from those he holds dear, but he never means them harm.
Even with his knack for wreaking havoc within the halls of Hogwarts, Danny is highly intelligent. Possessing a natural talent for knowledge, he rarely studies; instead he relies on his eidetic memory to do work and practice magic. He enjoys a mental challenge, and is always up for a duel. Danny also is a talented singer, and along with Ben, they write music as an escape from a harsh home life. He sticks up for underdogs, and has no problem targeting bullies to haze in return for their actions. Danny is easy enough to get along with, despite his character flaws, because he's always able to lighten a mood with a joke here or a prank there. He is fearless in social situations and has no problem making a joke at his own expense to lighten the mood.
