The entrance hall of Hogwarts is really a lovely room. There's an entrance off to the side that leads into the Great Hall. You can also come here to see the giant hour glasses which contain the house points for each house.

Hogsmeade is not just where the train comes in to drop of the students on September first, but it's also the village where third years and up are permitted to go on Hogsmeade trips. There's plenty to do here.

Saint Mungo's is the best hospital for witches and wizards around. You can come here to have jinxes fixed, remove curses or even just get your injuries fixed. Hopefully you won't have to stay here permanently though...

Godric's Hollow, though technically a muggle community, is also known as a living place for plenty of magical families. It was the birth place of Godric Gryffindor as well.
